27 June - Carrawine Gorge

Carrawine Gorge is an isolated water hole at the foot of 100mtr cliffs in the middle of the desert, 200km East of Marble Bar and a part of Warrawagine Station. Perfect camping initially on our own, then joined by a couple of other like-minded camper. Canoeing, swimming and climbing, water full of fish, a real gem!

18 June - Millstream NP

Travelled to Millstream NP via Pannawonica. Camped at Crossing pool with great canoying, mountain bike riding and bush-walking. Day trip to the top-end of Millstream at the Python Pool. The landscape at Python pools looks like Nevada.

Wild flowers in that region are amazing.

13 June - Exmouth

Leaving Ningaloo station via Yardie's creek at mid-tide into the Cape Range Nat Park, the crossing is actually pretty easy. Diving with Whale Sharks and Manta Rays is awesome. Cape Range also includes the Shothole and Charles Knife gorges, totally underated sites that would equal the Grand Canyon on a mini scale in beauty and colour.

11 June - Yardie Creek

Finally able to get 3G coverage and update this Blog.

Day trip to Yardie Creek from Ningaloo Station, canoe up the creek.... beautiful.
