Travelling back to the coast to Townsville, came across this nice spot to stay for a couple of days
Camping right on the creek on a grass verge
The steam is full of fish and yabbies
and gets these cute nightly visitors
Canoeing p the creeks through the rapid and wetlands
How's that for a nice camping spot!
Then off to the nearby lake system for a little canoeing and bird watching
These guys were stuck on the lake island and came to check us out as we paddled by.
